HOW TO CUSTOMIZE WINE CLUB RELEASE

At Bel Lago, we strive to make our Wine Club as easy and enjoyable as possible. Please follow the directions below to get started on customizing you release. If you need additional help, don't hesitate to email us at marianne@bellago.com and our Wine Club Manager will get back to you promptly.

  • STEP 1

    You will receive an initial email from Vinoshipper welcoming you to the release, informing you of important dates and information along with the Wine Maker’s Selection.

  • STEP 2

    To customize your order scroll down until you see the “Customize Now” button. Click the button to be directed to login to your Vinoshipper account.

  • STEP 3

    If you are unable to find the email, you can login to Vinoshipper directly if there is a current release open.

  • STEP 4

    Our Winemaker has pre-selected unique wines to be featured based on your membership-level as the Winemaker’s Selection. If you wish to make changes to your order, simply modify the quantity of each bottle.

  • STEP 5

    Confirm billing information, payment method and the delivery/pick-up preference then click “Save.”

    Your release can be modified at any time prior to the deadline. After the deadline your order is final and will be processed for shipping or pick up.

    Note: If you select pick-up and do not pick up from the winery within 35 days after the release date, we will ship to the address on file at the member’s expense. If you need accommodations please click here.

WINE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

By joining the Bel Lago Wine Club members authorize Bel Lago Winery to charge their credit card on file automatically and recurrently for the cost of the wine club I have selected.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years old to join the Bel Lago Wine Club.

  • For wine deliveries, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.

Membership Commitment

  • I acknowledge that I have the option to terminate my membership after fulfilling two releases by providing a 30-day notice of cancellation via email to marianne@bellago.com.

  • Any cancellations will become effective immediately upon receipt by Bel Lago Winery.

  • Kindly ensure to include your name, billing address, and the club you wish to cancel in your correspondence.

  • Failure to fulfill two releases before cancellation will incur an early termination fee of $75.

Pricing and Modifications

  • Please note that all pricing in our wine club brochure is estimated and accurate as of the date of printing.

  • Bel Lago Winery reserves the right to modify prices and other terms of the wine club with written notification (including via email) at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Pick-Up Members

  • For pick-up members, wine club releases must be collected by the specified deadline of 35 days after the official release date.

  • Any releases not picked up by the deadline will be shipped to the default address on file at the member's expense.

  • If a release is not collected within 35 days, Bel Lago Winery does not guarantee the availability of previously selected vintages and reserves the right to swap them for wines of equal value.

Automatic Renewal

  • Membership in the Bel Lago Wine Club automatically renews.
